Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Barakah TechLabs. Since we render digital services and human manual review of software engineering portfolios, please review our refund rules carefully.

1. Scope of Fee

The fees paid (Rs. 500 for 1-Month, Rs. 1,000 for 3-Months duration) are solely for the evaluation of submitted programming tasks, provisioning of the progress dashboard, and generation of a unique verifiable certificate.

2. Non-Refundable Nature

Once your transaction ID is verified, your offer letter is emailed, and your student dashboard is provisioned, the fee is 100% non-refundable. We allocate staff resources to grade your tasks and verify your status.

3. Exceptions

If your payment fails, or is rejected during administrative receipt check, or if a duplicate payment occurs by mistake, a full refund will be processed back to the original payment source within 3-5 business days.
